You can start using Sonikit in a matter of minutes. Follow these basic steps to get up and running quickly. Then come back to our Help Center if you need guidance on some of the more advanced features that come with your Sonikit account.
Create an account
If you haven't already, create a Sonikit account and verify your email address. After verifying your email, you'll be guided through a quick onboarding process to configure your account.
Add your music
Click the Create button in the top right of the sidebar to create a new patch. Patches are an essential tool for using Sonikit and are how you connect your music. Choose which type of action you want your patch to trigger and then add you an artist profile, album, playlist, or podcast to pull in your release from all streaming services. Embed your patch
Add your new patch to your website to using it immediately.
Navigate to the Patches page from the left sidebar.
Locate the patch you want to embed and click the Edit button on the right.
Click the Embed tab to view your embed code.
Copy and paste the sonikit.js code into the footer of your website.
Then, copy and paste the patch element wherever you want to display the patch on your webpage. Save your changes and your patch will appear and is now ready to use!
Configure your landing page
In addition to embedding patches, you can also use the customizable landing page that comes with your Sonikit account. No need to install any code. Just adjust your settings and share your landing page link! Navigate to your project's landing page from the left sidebar.
Click the Content tab to add new content to the page. You'll be able to choose from the patches you already created in previous steps, or you can create new ones.
Click the Settings and set your custom subdomain. This can be anything you like and can be changed at any time.

Finally, click the Share tab to copy your landing page URL or share a QR code
