Adapters can be added to any type of patch. Once you have a patch created, follow the steps below to add adapters:
Navigate to the Patches page from the sidebar menu
Find the patch that you'd like to add adapters to and click the "Edit" link
In the patch's edit section, click the "Adapters" tab
Click "Add adapter"
Select the action that you'd like for the adapter to use
Click "Next" button and configure options for your adapter
Once your options are applied, click the "Create Adapter" button so save your adapter
