Sonikit now supports custom domains for Landing Pages — giving you full control over your branding and fan experience. This guide will walk you through what a custom domain is, who can use the feature, and how to set it up.
🏷️ What Is a Custom Domain?
A custom domain is a fully unique web address that you own, such as www.yoursite.com
or music.yourlabel.co
. This is different from a custom subdomain on Sonikit, which looks like yourname.sonikit.com
.
While subdomains are available to all users (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise), custom domains are only available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Using a custom domain helps:
Strengthen your brand identity
Build trust with fans
Improve click-through rates and SEO
Provide a fully professional landing page experience
✅ Who Can Use Custom Domains?
This feature is available to:
Pro Plan users
Enterprise Plan users
If you’re on the Basic Plan, you’ll still have access to a yoursite.sonikit.com
subdomain, but not full custom domain support. To upgrade, visit Sonikit Pricing.
🚀 How to Add a Custom Domain to Your Landing Page
Follow these steps to connect your own domain:
Log in to your Sonikit dashboard.
Go to your Landing Page Editor.
Click the Settings tab.
Select “Connect Custom Domain.”
Enter your domain (e.g.
www.yoursite.com
) and click “Add Domain.”Sonikit will generate a list of DNS records (A records and/or CNAME records).
Copy these DNS settings into the domain registrar where your domain is hosted (like GoDaddy, Squarespace, or Cloudflare).
Once your DNS settings are updated, your domain will typically connect within a few minutes, but propagation can take up to 24–48 hours depending on your provider.
🔐 SSL is included! Sonikit automatically provisions HTTPS for every custom domain, so your page is always secure.
